Maite Felices is a creative consultant. For seventeen years she has run her own company, FELICES Agency, an independent communication agency specializing in design, creativity and brand image, which takes her own surname as a personal distinctive and declaration of intent.

Her work combines the development of formulas, contents and communication strategies that situate and relaunch the personality of the brand with the disclosure and dissemination among prescribers and connoisseurs, an equation that signs with the company vision of an economist (titled by the prestigious Pompeu Fabra University).

Felices dominates communication areas that range from the most sober and rigorous corporate to the most creative and innovative in terms of uniqueness and image category. Giving sensitivity and color to corporate gray, intertwining originality and business, is one of her strengths.

The architecture of the brand, the structuring of the discourse, the solvency of criteria and a great culture of creativity are key values with which FELICES positions products, companies and institutions. All of this from experience in advertising and public relations and high-end communication in lifestyle and design.

Her agency has been in charge of the main events of national and international press headlines, such as, for example, the New York Times T Magazine Awards, the Tendències Awards (El Mundo Catalunya), the Fuera de Serie and Expansión Awards, or the Frame Magazine 20th anniversary.

She has promoted Spanish companies internationally, in markets and fairs in New York, Stockholm, Milan, Frankfurt, Berlin or Paris. And she has been an advisor in the strategic consultancy of small companies whose products and brands are recognized by the main prescribers such as Nanimarquina, BD Barcelona, Ondarreta or La Cartuja de Sevilla, and in major projects for renowned brands such as Repsol Guide, Telefónica Foundation, Simon Electric, Barceló Viajes, Seat, Barcelona City Council, ME by Melià, The Cotton House Hotel (Marriott), DAAily Platforms, (Architonic AG, NZZ - Neue Zürcher Zeitung), Architect@Work, Pantea Group, Visit Portugal, Thyssen Bornemisza.

Felices is a great connoisseur of the design sector, from the blank page and the idea to the productive and industrial framework. She has been a member of the board of directors of the oldest institution in Europe of its category, FAD (Fostering of Arts and Design), previously of the ADI-FAD, and has internationally positioned the image of Spanish habitat-design for a decade with Red (Reunión de Empresas de Diseño) and has been co-founder and creative director of Design Institute of Spain (D!oS).

Throughout his extensive professional experience, she has developed a very particular personal decalogue: let's educate ourselves in uncertainty, let's learn to listen, cultivate intuition and trust our hunch (professional, vital), let's create a stock market in which the imagination is listed, the pleasure for things that generate other types of satisfaction, such as humor, well done things, the confidence that it is sustainable and the happy sobriety.
